I've looked around and found nothing useful on this problem..
I've re-installed drivers, installed and uninstalled synapse 2.0 at the suggestion of random internet people, but nothing seems to do the trick!
Laptop probably has faulty charging port and therefore it sometimes directly affects connected mouse USB port and causes similar issues.
